We want you and your pet to experience stress-free nail trims with complete peace of mind. That’s why every QuietPaw Pro is backed by our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test the device at home.

If you or your pet do not experience the calm, quiet, and effortless trims you expected, you can return it for a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at info@lunnela.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return.

  3. Follow Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions on how to return the package.

Please Note: Items returned to the sender address on the packaging or returned without prior authorization from customer support cannot be processed. Returned items must include all original parts, charging cables, and packaging.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your QuietPaw Pro arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, notify us immediately at info@lunnela.com. We will arrange a free replacement right away without additional costs.

Refunds

Once your returned device is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
